Terms of Use

These terms cover the use of pokertickets.org. By reading the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.

The site is an independent editorial guide. It is not a travel agency, a booking service or an agent of any hotel, resort, estate or farm named on it. No reservation can be made here, no availability is held here and no enquiry is forwarded to any business.

Entries are written from published material and set down in our own words. They are not restaurant reviews. Nothing on the site is a menu, a list of what is served, a guarantee that any product will be available, or a statement about the origin of goods in any legal or regulatory sense. Supply and menus change with the season, the weather and the day.

Information is offered without warranty of accuracy or currency. Operators, names, ownership and practice change, and a page may be out of date at the moment you read it.

Nothing here is advice on nutrition, diet, allergy or health. Anyone with a dietary or medical requirement should speak to the hotel directly and to a qualified professional.

External links are given for reference. We do not control linked sites and take no responsibility for their content, their practices or their terms.

Text on this site is our own work and remains our property. Photographs are used with the permission of their holders. Do not republish either without written permission. Short quotation with a clear credit and a link is fine.

We correct factual errors. Any reader may report one, and any hotel, estate or farm may send an amendment about itself, which we will read and act on where the point is factual. Corrections are never charged for and never sold.

To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for loss arising from reliance on anything published here, including travel decisions and arrangements made with third parties.

These terms may change. The version on the site is the one in force.

The guide includes a part called Casino Hotels. It describes what four Canadian resort kitchens lean on and nothing else. It does not describe, explain or promote gaming, and it carries no gaming links, offers or promotions. Casinos are for adults only.
